Automatic Gateway Connection Status Emails
SiteWorx can automatically send emails reporting changes in gateway connectivity. If a connected gateway disconnects from SiteWorx for >24 hours, SiteWorx can automatically email the end user to inform them. Similarly, a disconnected gateway reconnecting to SiteWorx will also trigger a notification email.
This valuable feature allows users to be quickly informed of any connectivity changes and saves time in lessening the need to check the connectivity on the Admin | Network page of SiteWorx. Additionally this feature allows users to more easily manage higher numbers of facilities.
