Update a User's Admin Permissions
To grant or revoke Administrator level permissions for a specific user:
- Click your User Avatar
- Click Admin
- Click Users
- Click the target user
- Check (to grant) or uncheck (to revoke) the box next to Org. Admin?
Remove/Delete a User
To remove a user for your SiteWorx Organization, please send an email to SiteWorxOps@siteworx.io with your Organization name and the email address of the user to be removed.
Configure Fine-Grained Permission for a User
To configure finer-grained lighting control permissions for a user, please send an email to SiteWorxOps@siteworx.io with:
- Your Organization Name
- The email address of the user
- The Site, Area, Group or lighting nodes that the user should have access to controls
