Read Fixture Information

Read Fixture Information

Use this tool to get historical information about a fixture, including kWh used, active time, and inactive time since the last fixture reset. This data is helpful for troubleshooting and may be requested by Support.

  1. Select a fixture on the map grid or in the fixtures tab
  2. Go to Edit > Advanced > Read Fixture Information
  3. Wait for the dialog box to display the fixture statuses and data
  4. As desired, click Read to refresh the dialog box
  5. Click Done to exit
