Use this tool to download technical data about a particular device, most often used for troubleshooting purposes and frequently requested by Support.
The log file will download to your device in CSV format and can be emailed as needed. It includes all available fixture information about a device including kWh used, active time, and inactive time.
- Select a fixture on the map grid or in the fixtures tab
- Go to Edit > Advanced > Download Fixture Log
- If desired, select the number of log entries
- Select to download via USB or Wirelessly (requires USB wireless adapter)
- Select a destination and then click Save
- Open the CSV file using spreadsheet software or a simple text editor.
