Approve a New User

Approve a New User

  1. After new user signs up for SiteWorx, a New User Request Email is sent to all Admin users.



  2. Evaluate the user request to decide if they should have access to SiteWorx
    1. If the user shouldn't have access, delete the message and email support@siteworx.io to remove the request
  3. Click the Approve User link, login and set appropriate user permissions.
