Commission a SCN-CLM

Commission a SCN-CLM

Before a SCN-CLM (CLM) will work with SiteWorx, it must be added to a Mapfile and commissioned to a gateway. This process is completed by installers or a commissioning agent using the Commissioner software program in combination with a USB wireless adapter. For more information about adding new devices, contact support@siteworx.io.

The process for commissioning a CLM is the same as other lighting devices as noted in the Methods of Commissioning Lighting Devices article. Once the sync is complete, the Commissioner status circle for the CLM will be purple and then Commissioner will then prompt you to Configure Lighting Sensors.

As the CLM does not have an integrated occupancy sensor, it has the following light output behavior:
  1. Before the CLM is connected to SiteWorx, the CLM will illuminate at the active level without dimming.
  2. While connected to SiteWorx, the light output of the CLM can be controlled using neighboring occupancy sensors via Coordinated Control and Setback.
  3. If a CLM loses connection to SiteWorx or is power cycled and cannot immediately reconnect to SiteWorx, the CLM will illuminate at the active level as a safety measure.
