Gateway Connection Status Emails
SiteWorx can automatically send emails reporting changes in gateway connectivity to any subscribed user.
- If a gateway disconnects from SiteWorx, an email notification will be sent to subscribers within 24 hours of the disconnection.
- Similarly, if a disconnected gateway reconnects to SiteWorx, an email notification will be sent to subscribers within 24 hours of the gateway reconnection.
This valuable feature allows users and resellers to be quickly informed of any connectivity changes and lessens the need to periodically check the connectivity in the Admin > Network page of SiteWorx. Additionally, this feature allows users and resellers to more easily and efficiently manage higher numbers of facilities.
To sign up for gateway status notifications, email
SiteWorxOps@siteworx.io and include the Organization and Site names. Note that your email address must be approved as a User before requesting notifications.
